You can access all of your Picmonics by logging into using the same username and password you use on the web app. Please make sure that you have a good internet connection while using the app. Our content is full of rich audio and visuals and a good internet connection will give you the best possible experience with the app.

“So, if the app is free in the App Store, can I use Picmonic 100% free?!”
The app is free to download in the App Store, but you need an active Picmonic subscription to be able to access all of the available Picmonic content.
“If I already have a Picmonic subscription for the web app, can I use it for the mobile app?”
Of course! If you already have a subscription that you have been using for the web app, you can use the same login information to access all of your Picmonics on the mobile app.
“Will my playlists from the web app transfer to the mobile app?”
You bet! The first time you log into the mobile app, it will take a couple of minutes to sync all of your information from your account. After this one-time sync, you’ll be able to see your playlists across platforms!
“Do I need to be connected to Wi-Fi? Will this be counted towards my cellular data?”
Connection Wi-Fi is not required to run the mobile app, but we highly recommend it. If you are not connected to Wi-Fi, app usage will be counted toward your cellular data plan.
“Do you also have a mobile app available for Android?”
